Tradecraft Farms Hosts 24th Gobble Gobble Give Event To Feed The Less Fortunate This Thanksgiving

For 24 years, Gobble Gobble Give has delivered a total of 800,000 meals since inception along with clothing and toiletries to the homeless across the country on Thanksgiving morning. Founded by Barry Walker and his company Tradecraft Farms. which he co-founded with brother Bre

nt Walker, Gobble Gobble Give is an initiative committed to effecting positive change in local communities by delivering directly to those on the street in need during the holidays by delivering food, clothing and toiletries by volunteers in local communities. 

Additionally, in the Los Angeles market, Gobble Gobble Give for the second year in a row, has formed a partnership with the Hollywood Food Coalition to host an expansive outdoor donation operation on the campus of Blessed Sacrament Church in Hollywood to continue their efforts ensuring a covid-safe platform for  this annual event that fed over 7,000 last year in the midst of qua

rantine. Daisy O’Dell is an award-winning music producer, DJ, documentary filmmaker, and founding partner of woman. a collective that strives to create equity, safety, and inclusion in music and nightlife. She will be providing live music at the event along with a line-up of other talent. 

This year they will have four donation sites in Los Angeles and one in Orange County as Gobble Gobble Gives comes back from the pandemic year stronger with national partnership cities – New York, Washington D.C., Boston, Nashville, and Las Vegas. 

Gobble Gobble Give 2021 in Los Angeles will take place on Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 25 @ 8:00am – Noon PST. Volunteers will again donate food, clothing, to be distributed via volunteers to those living on the streets.

Additional Volunteer opportunities on Thanksgiving morning to participate include: 

• Volunteers are encouraged to make or buy a dish and bring to one of the Gobble Gobble Give sites to help assemble plates and hygiene kits. 
• Volunteers can pick up food and supplies at the Gobble Gobble Give drive thru to deliver to their selected charity and street encampments. 
• Drop off food and supplies for donations, socks, hygiene kits at Gobble Gobble Give
