Monica Lo of the popular Sous Weed site and author to The Weed Gummies Cookbook has graced us with her latest Danksgiving culinary creation. Lo will be hosting two dinner parties this year, so her 12lb bird will be eaten at separate meals; her friends will get a turkey roulade (made with white meat) and her family will enjoy the dark meat.
